Emerging trends, challenges and support for SMEs working within the Cloud
Of all the technological advances over the last decade, cloud computing has been a key game changer, offering far-reaching benefits for SMEs – the sector of the business community most ideally positioned to transform via the Cloud. Research published by the Federation of Small Businesses (April 2013) demonstrates that investment in technology is a key driver for innovation in small business, yet only a quarter of small companies are actually investing in technology like Cloud. So, why is this? Largely because many small organisations like us understand that Cloud is key, but don’t know where to start the search. That’s where the Knowledge Peers’ Cloud Innovation Network (CIN) comes in.
Knowledge Peers’ Cloud Innovation Network is a tool for SMEs to help bridge the knowledge gap between innovative cloud solutions and the effective implementation and day-to-day workings of cloud based applications, technology or software. Members can share their personal experiences of adopting cloud technologies, get support from leading Cloud experts, and keep abreast of the latest market developments, research and news via our online platform. As a member of the CIN, you’ll also benefit from access to the full Knowledge Peers platform, offering video based learning and development across all areas of business for SMEs.
